Let's debunk, what hypnosis is NOT!
It's not a stage show, It's not 'magical' or preformed for entertainment and it's not having control over people getting them to do something.

Hypnosis, is considered to be a natural state of mind, that involves focused attention or heightened awareness.

Hypnosis happens to us, many times during the day. Such as; day dreaming, driving a car, watching television or scrolling endlessly through your social media posts.

You can naturally enter hypnotic states during various times of the day, without even noticing it.

Hypnotherapy is a solution-oriented therapy approach, Modern Hypnosis is sometimes called, The Quiet Revolution in Psychotherapy.

The client can focus on what they want to achieve, the solution, rather than the problem which brought them to our service in the first place.

Hypnotherapy is also results driven and an evidence-based therapy model, used in conjunction with our Strategic Psychotherapy, can assist clients to become un stuck with patterns they are running and gain a new opportunity of experiential learning.

The combination of hypnosis and Strategic psychotherapy, will amplify the results for you.

What will Hypnosis feel like?

During hypnosis you're fully aware of your surroundings, you can hear the voice of the hypnotherapist, some people may experience a heaviness of their legs, while others may experience sensations in their fingers. These sensations are quite normal during hypnosis. You are always in control and at any time during hypnosis, you can open your eyes and redirect yourself, whenever you are ready.

What makes Hypnotherapy so effective?

Hypnotherapy, as a brief therapy, which normally has 4-6 sessions are recommended, unlike, other therapy models, there could be more than 20 sessions needed.

Hypnotherapy is about achieving successful results quickly and effectively. Modern hypnotherapy provides the most consistent results with clients.
